Common Questions

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Spritelove, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your Full Studio unlock is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account at no extra cost.

I purchased Full Studio but features are still locked

Try tapping "Restore Purchases" in Settings. If the issue persists, make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, then restart the app. If it still doesn't work, email us and we'll help.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple, not directly by us. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID you used to make the purchase.

Can I transfer projects between devices?

Yes. Export your project as a .spl file (requires Full Studio) and share it via AirDrop, Files, or any other method. Open the .spl file on your other device and Spritelove will import it automatically.

What file formats can I import?

Spritelove supports importing Aseprite (.aseprite/.ase) files and native Spritelove (.spl) project files. Aseprite import requires the Full Studio unlock.

Is my data stored in the cloud?

No. All your projects and settings are stored locally on your device. Spritelove does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data or artwork on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
